About us

A Different Way of Healing

Safe in Yourself is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins when we stop fighting who we are
and start understanding what is beneath the surface.

Through Radical Acceptance, Moshe helps people explore the patterns, fears and inner conflicts that shape how they experience themselves and their lives.

  • Understanding what drives your patterns
  • Meeting shame, fear and self-judgment differently
  • Developing a deeper sense of inner safety
  • Creating a more accepting relationship with yourself
  • Making space for genuine and lasting change

The work is not about becoming a different person. It is about developing the freedom to meet yourself more honestly, with greater awareness and less resistance.

Who is Moshe?

After years of exploring his own experiences, relationships and the parts of himself that were harder to face, Moshe began to see healing differently.

He has dedicated his career to healing and self-understanding. For 15 years as a coach , he has supported people through fear, shame, relationships and the parts of themselves they struggle to face.

That understanding became the foundation of Safe in Yourself.

How it works

A Space to Go Deeper

There is no formula for becoming yourself. The work begins with meeting what is already here.

EXPLORE

We begin with where you are.
Together, we explore what you're experiencing, what keeps repeating, & what you want to work on.

ACCEPT

Through Radical Acceptance, you learn to meet difficult thoughts, emotions and patterns without immediately judging, resisting or trying to fix them.

INTEGRATE

With greater understanding and inner safety, you begin bringing this new relationship with yourself into your everyday life, your choices and your relationships.
